· Buttons are easy touch, (not clunky)
· Hand set very comfortable to hold & use
· Has all the functions I need
· Nice colour with reverse contrast numbers
· Good loudness in handset
The reason I didn't give it five stars was because the hands free loud speaker is not loud enough and seems to be poor quality.
Excellent for hard of hearing persons.

An affordable phone for pensioners hard of hearing. Being compatible with telecoil hearing aids. Numeral pad has large, very easy to use buttons. Would recommend to any person wanting a phone that is compatible with hearing aids.
Buzz on speakerphone
Posted by Unknown on 16th Aug 2015
Bought this for my mother in law (I'm based in the UK, they're in Perth). Phone had a buzz on the speakerphone and sticky buttons, so was basically useless as we bought it for the speakerphone. I did not send back not worth the return postage / hassle of getting my mother in law to arrange the return. This may have been an isolated incident - I have no way of knowing.
ORICOM RESPONSE: We are sorry to hear of this, your phone should certainly be interference free, we will try and contact you by email to see how we can help resolve this issue.
Great for the Elderly

I found everything about this phone to be good. The only thing I would change is the ring tone volume. Even at it's lowest, it's still very loud which is a bit of a problem in the retirement village when everyone is so close.
